We select cleaners with care to ensure they meet your high standards.  All cleaners are checked to establish their honesty and reliability   We roster the same person to your job when we can so you can build a relationship of trust with them.  As a family business an owner will answer your call or email personally and ensure any issues are resolved with a minimum of fuss.

Reliability & replacement of cleaning staff

We will co-ordinate and organise a replacement if your regular cleaner is unable to make your job. This is no extra cost.

• Microfibre Mops and Cloths – use less chemicals and give attractive results
• Waste Reduction – we recycle all paper products and encourage our clients to do the same

Preventing cross contamination

Our staff are training to avoid cross contamination and use separate equipment and colour-coded microfiber mops and cloths to minimise bacterial and viral cross contamination between kitchen, office and toilets.

Regular communication service

We encourage communication with our cleaner to ensure they are doing the doing to your satisfaction, if you have any issues please contact us.  For larger jobs we implement a communication book so you can ensure you have direct contact with the cleaner cleaning your asset.
